Is Franchise knocking glass ceiling for minorities?
Many minorities in the past have claimed that it is very difficult to move forward in the United States if you are not white. I honestly believed that these days would vanish forever, but I know these issues exist in some small towns and are still in our great nation. In other words, we are perfect, but we have made a long way. If you are a minority, or if you are a majority, but still a minority or potentially disadvantaged business person, can I suggest that you investigate the franchise?
First, franchise owners do not allow the law allowed to make the franchise purchase less difficult. Every customer must treat religion equally, regardless of race or age. Sometimes this is quite a problem with a new franchise because they mistakenly assume that their perfect franchise customers are of such a nature and can be individually profiled. Even though franchises are getting bigger, they realize they are really better at their diversity. Basically, it seems to be ok to be ok, regardless of the rule.
As far as I'm concerned, I think the franchise completely subtracts the glass ceiling of minorities. In fact, most franchisors now offer special programs to recruit multiple minorities because they work better in business. In other words, instead of profiling a certain minority, the minorities are targeting future key players. Perhaps one of the biggest franchisors of all time Bob Rosenberg started Dunkin & Donuts. The majority of the first franchisees were a minority, while competitors tried to suppress this demographic change. Indeed, I think he has proved that they are all wrong and succeeded in the franchise business as one of the most important 10 franchises ever created in the history of the world. Perhaps everyone has to take a deep breath and have to stand and think and congratulate the pioneers such as Dunkin & Donuts and others who have completely destroyed the glass ceiling in the business for minorities. Beat!
