Running shoe technology
Progress in design and science means that many running shoes are more technical than ever. With advanced computer modeling techniques, creators can now develop shoes that accurately follow people's actions.
Reebok, established in the United Kingdom, is one of the first designed sports shoes when a pair of shoes were released at the end of the 1800s and designed to run prominent spikes. Something that has never happened before, the inventor was also an enthusiastic runner and found that the spikes were more adherent to softer surfaces and helped him run faster than before.
The two giants of the sports footwear industry were actually founded by the brothers. Adi Dassler created Adidas, and his brother Rudolph formed Puma. Founded in 1925, Adidas also had shoes with spikes to help runners, this time they offer different styles of different-distance runners.
There have been many researches in the early 1970's to precisely define people's functioning. Research that is now much easier than using computer software today.
Research focused primarily on the adverse effects on the human body, especially the knee and femoral neck.
The results point to 3 main running styles; Neutral, Survival and Pronation.
The Natural Run style is where the tapes are flat on the ground and do not roll in either inwards or outwards, but the foot is in a straight line. This run style is often best for running your workout.
Pronation – This is the place where the foot turns inward when it reaches the ground and moves sideways as it moves forward. Common injuries caused by this type of run are the Tarsel Tunnel Syndrome, the Tibia and the Bunny.
Supenation – Style Contradicting Pronation – In this case the leg jumped out. Excessive swapping can cause tibia and skid fastenings.
Currently, different versions of running shoes are designed to cope with any running styles. A lot of shoes use the different density foam on the ground areas to provide extra and tighter support to minimize damage to the body.
The further development of footwear is the Nike Air Sole, which was established in 1972. The inventor's home made a rubber spatula from rubber and caught the "standard running shoes" made of it. Runners trying out the new invention remarked how well they were and the light foot revolutionized the running shoe market.
Skechers brands have recently joined the running shoe The Skechers Resistance Runner ™ technology is designed to soften in soft sand, and the sole softens the effect of the leg at each step, presumably resulting in a much faster and more uniform running.
With the continuous development of complex materials and computer modeling, it seems that the running shoes will go further.
